Course I
-- Fudamental --

The course study emphasize Basics of Hapkido; Stances, Rolls, Break falls and Basic joint-locks, video demonstration and explanation of techniques in the manual that comes with the course.

Course II
-- Wrist Grab Defense --

All on wrist grab defense, include cross hand grab, outside wrist grab,  two hand grabs and other variations, video demonstration and manuals included.

Course III
-- Body Grab Defense I --
(Front of Body)

The course study include all front of body grab defense such as front lapel, arm grab, shoulders and belt grab, video demonstration and manuals included.

Course IV
-- Body Grab Defense II --
(Back of Body)

The course study include all back of body grab defense such as shoulders, elbows, bear hugs and head locks from the side and back. video demonstration and manuals included.
