The following are excerpts from ``The Korean Martial Art of Self Defense- Hap Ki Do"

  1. Attacker #1 grabs your right wrist with his right hand
  2. Attacker #2 grabs your left wrist with his left hand
  3. In a circular motion, turn your right hand inside out to grab (fingers over) attacker #1's right wrist
  4. With the same motion grab attacker #2's left wrist.
  5. These are both done at the same time.[Double Defense]
  6. Ensure that you bend attacker #2's left elbow by applying pressure over his wrist and straight down (see Boo-Chae).
  7. Deliver a right side kick to attacker #1's mid section.
  8. Pivot counter-clockwise on your left leg to place your right foot down behind attacker #2's left arm.
  9. Straighten his arm and deliver straight pressure against his elbow with your right hand.
